• Equipment and sourcing information, including machine make, model, serial number, part descriptions, photographs, data-tag information, measurements, and communications necessary to identify or source a requested part.
• Account, inquiry, review, survey, and customer-support information you choose to submit.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and dates and times of access.
