Delivery & Cancellations Policy

We work hard to ensure every order is accurate, properly coordinated, and delivered as smoothly as possible. Because many of our products are specially sourced, limited-quantity, discontinued, oversized, or freight-shipped, the following conditions apply unless different terms are clearly stated on the individual product listing.

All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, all purchases are final and are not returnable, exchangeable, or cancellable after the order has been submitted for processing or fulfillment.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrectly ordered items
  • Incorrect track sizes or fitment
  • Buyer-selected sizes, specifications, quantities, or configurations
  • A change of mind or project requirements
  • Used, refurbished, obsolete, closeout, overstock, special-order, or specially sourced items
  • Delivery delays outside GRIT Solutions Group LLC’s reasonable control

Customers are responsible for confirming all measurements, specifications, part requirements, delivery details, and equipment compatibility before placing an order. Rubber-track fitment is not guaranteed based solely on equipment make or model. Buyers must verify the size stamped or molded into their existing track before ordering.

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived, including rights relating to an order that has not shipped within an applicable promised or legally required timeframe.

Manufacturer Defects

A return may be considered when an item arrives with a verified manufacturer defect. Approval is required before any item may be returned.

To request review, contact GRIT promptly after discovering the issue and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the suspected defect
  • Clear photographs and, when requested, video of the item, packaging, labels, serial numbers, and affected area
  • Any additional information reasonably required by GRIT, the manufacturer, supplier, or carrier

Do not install, operate, modify, disassemble, repair, or discard the item or its original packaging while a claim is under review. Doing so may prevent the claim from being approved.

Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval. The manufacturer or supplier may require inspection or additional documentation and may determine the available remedy. If approved, GRIT will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Unauthorized returns will be refused and will not qualify for a refund or credit.

At GRIT’s discretion—and subject to applicable manufacturer terms and law—an approved claim may be resolved through repair, replacement, account credit, or refund. Normal wear, cosmetic differences, improper installation, misuse, abuse, incorrect application, or damage occurring after delivery is not considered a manufacturer defect.

Freight Damage and Delivery Inspection

Freight damage is different from a manufacturer defect. The buyer or authorized recipient must inspect the shipment before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.

If visible damage, missing pieces, torn packaging, broken pallets, or other irregularities are present:

  1. Photograph the shipment and damage before unloading whenever safely possible.
  2. Describe the damage or shortage in detail on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
  3. Do not sign the receipt as being received in good condition.
  4. Refuse delivery if the damage appears severe or the product may be unusable.
  5. Notify GRIT immediately and provide copies of all photographs and delivery documents.

If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, stop handling or installing the product, retain all packaging, and notify GRIT as soon as possible. Freight claims are subject to carrier deadlines and requirements. Failure to inspect the shipment, document damage, preserve the packaging, or promptly report the issue may affect the ability to recover from the carrier.

Signing for a shipment without noting visible damage may be treated by the carrier as confirmation that it arrived complete and in acceptable condition.

Rubber-Track Delivery

Rubber-track orders typically arrive within approximately 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on inventory location, carrier availability, weather, service area, and the remoteness of the destination. Transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

GRIT is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside its reasonable control. If an order cannot ship within the timeframe represented at purchase, the customer will be notified and provided any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law.

Free Commercial Delivery Requirements

Free shipping applies only when expressly offered and only to a valid commercial delivery address approved by the freight carrier and is located in the lower 48 States of the USA. The delivery location must generally:

  • Be accessible to a full-size tractor-trailer
  • Have normal commercial receiving hours
  • Have personnel available to receive and unload the shipment
  • Have a loading dock, forklift, or other suitable unloading equipment
  • Not be classified by the carrier as residential, limited-access, remote, or otherwise subject to additional service charges

A business operated from a residence does not necessarily qualify as a commercial address. The freight carrier makes the final address classification.

Additional Freight Charges

Liftgate service is not included with free commercial delivery. If a liftgate, residential delivery, limited-access delivery, inside delivery, delivery appointment, redelivery, address correction, storage, reconsignment, remote-area service, or another accessorial service is requested or required, the resulting charge will be passed on to the buyer.

This applies whether the service is requested by the buyer or assessed by the carrier because the delivery location does not meet standard commercial-delivery requirements. The buyer authorizes GRIT to invoice or charge the payment method on file for valid additional freight charges associated with the order, to the extent permitted by law.

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact name, telephone number, receiving hours, access conditions, and unloading requirements. Charges caused by incorrect information, missed delivery, refusal of an undamaged shipment, lack of unloading equipment, or an unavailable recipient are the buyer’s responsibility.
