Fitment lists, model references, measurements and cross-reference information are provided as general guidance only. Equipment configurations may vary by model year, serial number, undercarriage configuration or prior modification.
Before ordering, the buyer must verify the complete size marking found on the inside lip of the existing track and independently confirm all applicable machine information. Grit is not responsible for incorrect buyer selection, improper installation, equipment downtime, labor, freight or resulting damage, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Customers purchasing a parts-sourcing or identification service must provide all information requested by Grit. This may include the machine make, model, serial number, equipment photographs, four-corner photographs of the component, measurements, roll stamps, labels, data plates and applicable engine or axle serial numbers.
Incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information may prevent or delay identification and does not entitle the customer to a refund.
The deliverable for this service is a quote identifying an available replacement, substitute or otherwise sourced component. Providing that quote constitutes successful completion of the service.
The underlying part number, cross-reference, supplier identity, research process and proprietary sourcing information will not be disclosed unless Grit expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Unless a product listing or signed written agreement expressly states otherwise, all products, digital downloads, sourcing services, consulting services and other services are final sale, non-cancellable and nonrefundable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and services are provided “as is,” “as available” and with all faults. Grit disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, condition, durability, accuracy and results.
Any warranty offered by a manufacturer, supplier or third party is solely that party’s responsibility and does not create a warranty obligation for Grit.
Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
Grit may refer, coordinate or facilitate work performed by independent third-party technicians, carriers, suppliers or service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed agreement, these providers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, representatives or joint venturers of Grit. Each provider is responsible for its own workmanship, personnel, licensing, insurance, safety practices, legal compliance, acts and omissions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, claims arising from a third-party provider’s work must be pursued against that provider. Grit is not responsible for a provider’s workmanship, conduct, delays, property damage or other acts or omissions, except to the extent caused by Grit’s own liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Grit will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the website and provide accurate product and service information. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, current or error-free.
Prices, availability, descriptions, specifications, photographs and delivery estimates may change. We may correct errors, limit quantities, reject orders or discontinue products and services at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grit and its owners, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for:
Grit’s total liability arising from a particular product, service, order or event will not exceed the amount actually paid to Grit for that product or service, except where applicable law prohibits that limitation.
